INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. The minimum years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of lifts, brand & country of origin Hitachi (Japan), Kone (Finland), Mitsubishi (Japan), Otis (USA/Japan/France), Schindler (Switzerland), ThyssenKrupp (Germany) or equipment product and the lifts which was manufactured and tested of the mentioned counties and related services as supplier shall be 3 (three) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of at least 4 (four) lifts, brand & country of origin Hitachi (Japan), Kone (Finland), Mitsubishi (Japan), Otis (USA/Japan/France), Schindler (Switzerland) or equipment product and the lifts which was manufactured and tested of the mentioned counties and related services of at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 350.00 (three hundred fifty) lac.
3. The minimum supply capacity is 2 (two) no's as supplier at least 2 (two) lifts, brand & country of origin Hitachi (Japan), Kone (Finland), Mitsubishi (Japan), Otis (USA/Japan/France), Schindler (Switzerland), Thyssenkrupp (Germany), Fujitec (Japan) or equipment product and the lifts which was manufactured and tested of the mentioned counties and related services per year within the last 5 (five) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk 320.00 (three hundred twenty) lac. The tenderer must be submitted letter of commitment for bank’s undertaking line of credit in form PG3-8.
5. Must be submitted up to date trade license, VAT registration certificate, income TAX clearance certificate and ABC/BC electric and supervisory licenses.
