INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The minimum years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of sub-station equipment, generator & other related supply and related services as supplier shall be 3 (three) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP portal.
2. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of at least 800 KVA sub-station equipment, 300 KVA generator, overhead line, lightning arrestor, fire protection system & pump motor and related services of at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 500.00 (five hundred) lac.
3. The minimum supply capacity is 1 (one) no as supplier at least 1 (one) sub-station equipment and generator and related services per year within the last 3 (three) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk 500.00 (five hundred) lac. The tenderer must be submitted letter of commitment for bank’s undertaking line of credit in form PG3-8.
5. The tenderer must be submitted up to date trade license, VAT registration certificate, income TAX clearance certificate and ABC/BC electric and supervisory licenses.
6. For other goods if the tenderer has no experience in supply, he/she must be appointed a sub-contractor who has experience in supply of that goods with proper required documents which will be mentioned in TDS in details. |
