INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

-The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor shall be 3 years; counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
- The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service of at least ONE contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of three (3) years with a value of at least of Taka 90 Lakh (Taka ninety lakh only) shall be required.
- The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 40 Lakh (Taka forty lakh) over the best three (3) years of last five (5) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
- The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit facilities or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Taka 30 Lakh (Taka thirty lakh only).
-Documentary evidence confirming the technical
specifications of the vehicles for this tender: Up to date Relevant Documents from BRTA for hiring vehicles, i.e., Registration, Fitness certificate, Tax clearance certificate from BRTA, Insurance of motor vehicle certificate, etc. for each vehicle.
-Curriculum Vitae (CV) of the Driver’s.
-Updated Trade License
-Updated Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
