| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. Tenderer must have at least 05 (Five) years general experience as a supplier of similar goods to renowned organizations including government entity;
2. Experience of supplying similar goods & related services worth Tk. 230.00 Lakh under any organization (govt., semi-govt or others) during last five years in a fiscal year;
3. Updated Bank Solvency Certificate mentioning working capital/credit line minimum liquid asset TK 265.00 Lakh;
4. If the bidder is not the manufacturer of the product for which he/she is submitting tender, then he/she must submit manufacturer authorization letter from the manufacturer to sell their products in Bangladesh;
5. Tenderer also must submit the following documents with the tender submission:
a) Trade license 2020-21 or Latest;
b) Income Tax Clearance Certificate 2019-20 or latest.
c) VAT Registration Certificate;
d) e-TIN Certificate
e) Company Profile (if any)
f) National ID of authorized Person/ supplier; |
