Manufacturer:
a) Manufacturer must have valid API & ISO relevant certificate.
b) Manufacturer must submit API certificate of last 07 years.
c) Manufacturer have Overall 10 years experience of manufacturing.
d) Manufacturer have Overall 07 years experience of similar materials and must have proven sales record to IOC company’s other than the Manufacture’s Country of Origin and also submitted at least 03 end-user certificate.
e) Relevant product Catalogue and brochure, Liner Hanger & Setting Tool user/operational manual, Drawing design must be submitted with tender.
Supplier:
f) Supplier must have relevant valid Registration/License of Firm. Submit also manufacturer authorization.
g) Supplier must be an Internationally Reputed Supplier at Supply Drilling & Work Over Related Miscellaneous Materials, Spare Parts & Rig Consumables products.
h) Suppliers have Overall 10 year’s experience of Supply Drilling & Work Over Related Miscellaneous Materials, Spare Parts & Rig Consumables products.
i) Supplier must have Overall 07 year’s experience of similar materials Supply and must have 07 years proven sales record to IOC Internationally Reputed company’s other than the Supplier Country of Origin and also submitted at least 03 end-user certificates.
j) Bonafide Suppliers or their authorized agents of all countries except which Countries do not have any diplomatic relation with Bangladesh.
