INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

• The Tenderer shall a minimum of 18 (eighteen) years overall experience in the role of contractor, subcontractor, or management contractor
Specific experience:
Criteria-01
• The minimum specific experience as a Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar to the proposed plant and services in at least One (1) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology in Design-build Urban Sewerage System, successfully completed within the last Ten (10) years. The minimum value of similar contracts shall be of at least 150 Million USD, with a provision of combining value of up to Two (2) contracts that consist of one (1) Design-Build contract of Sewage Treatment Plant and one (1) Design-Build contract of Sewerage Network respectively as required in Criteria 02.
Criteria-02:
• The minimum specific experience, in last ten (10) years, as a Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor for
i. Sewage treatment system:
At least one (1) Design Build contract for a fully mechanized activated sludge type sewage treatment plant with integrated sludge management system with capacity of at least 50 mld.
ii. Sewerage Network:
One similar Design-build Urban sewerage network of least 40 km length.
Criteria-03:
• The minimum specific experience, in last ten (10) years, as a Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor for:
i. At least one (1) contract for Operation & Maintenance work of STP with a capacity of minimum 50 mld for at least one year.
ii. At least one contract for trenchless technology work with minimum drive span of 400m for pipe diameter of 1200mm and above.
• The required average annual turnover shall be greater than 120 Million USD within best five (5) years in the last ten (10) years.
• The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be 50 million USD.
