INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(I) The Tenderer as a manufacturer of high quality and advance performance lubricating oil shall have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in related field.
(II) Overall experience of wide range supply/export of Lubricants such as Automotive, Marine, Industrial and Transformer Oil for energy related sector.
(III) The manufacturer of Lubricating oil must obtain the Quality Certificate and approvals issued by internationally recognized organizations which include OEM Approvals, American Petroleum Institute (API), European Automobile Manufacturers Association (ACEA), ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015.
(IV) Exporting experience of different range of Lubricants in minimum 10 foreign countries which includes countries in Asia, Europe and Africa.
(V) The Tenderer must be a manufacturer with an ownership and control of relevant lubricating oil manufacturing facilities, and should the Tenderer successfully awarded with the Tender Contract, the Tenderer will only concern itself in supplying the required Goods under the brand of BPC and will refrain from having any conflict of interest in supplying, marketing and distributing of similar required Goods, be it under a different brand(s) and packaging, in the market of Bangladesh.
(VI) The manufacturer must have at least one (1) toll blending facility, contract or experience in supplying lubricants to minimum three (3) national oil corporations/ companies under the national oil corporations/companies brand named outside the manufacturer’s country with any foreign government-linked organization.
(VII) The satisfactory completion of export of similar goods of minimum USD 15 (fifteen) million in the last 5 (Five) years; i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(VIII) Minimum production Capacity 50,000 M/tons and minimum export quantity should be 10,000 MT of Lubricating Oil per Year.
In support of this, 3 references of national oil companies along with the details of export.
(IX) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of the manufacturer is USD 5 million, which will be endorsed by a bank of the exporter`s/seller`s country. |
