Tenderer must have:
(a) Attested Valid Trade Licence, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate and BIN certificate.
(b) Financial Solvency Certificate from any schedule Bank of Bangladesh indicating Credit Limit from the Tenderer’s Bank.
(c) Supplier’s other than Manufacturer must submit authorization agreement from the genuine polyethylene terepthalate (PET) bottle Manufacturer.
(d) Experience certificates of supplying similar or equal type PET bottles supported by minimum 2 (two) contracts each for Tk 1.50 (One Point five zero) crore in the last 5(Five) years and the copy(s) of challan for payment of VAT against respective contract must be submitted.
(e) Clearance certificate of environment issued by the Director of environment of respective area for production of PET bottle in their factory. |
