Eligibility and Qualifications requirements: Manufacturer or supplier having the following qualifications:
(i) The Bidder (in case of JV, each partner) should have at least five (5) years of general experience in supplying electrical goods and related services. The manufacturer should have at least five (5) years of relevant manufacturing experience.
(ii) The Bidder shall at-least have experience of supplying similar goods (i.e. Testing Equipments) having value mentioned below in not more than three contracts, within the last 7 (seven) years:
(a) For Lot No.UREDS-G-10B/1-001: US$ 800,000 or equivalent;
(iii) Bidder shall have at least the average annual turnover mentioned below over a period of best three years within last five years.
(a) For Lot No.UREDS-G-10B/1-001: US$ 900,000 or equivalent;
(iv) The Bidder at the time of bid submission should have at least the amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility or their combination mentioned below;
(a) For Lot No.UREDS-G-10B/1-001: US$ 700,000 or equivalent;
