INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The Tenderer shall be the manufacturer/authorized dealer/distributor having minimum 5 (Five) years of overall business experience.
2. The Tenderer must have completed minimum one successful contract of similar size and complexity (Oracle Enterprise Edition, RAC, Security Products etc.) involving supply, installation, testing, commissioning, integration and related technical support services of similar database for Information Systems within last five (05) years;
3. The Tenderer must have minimum Two (02) live Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of offered database and related software in local Bank/Financial Institutions/Telco.
4. Must have strong presence and support office with well-equipped service cell manned by at least three (03) OEM Certified Professionals for maintenance and support for the proposed Goods and Services. Floating or home address shall not be considered as established offices.
5. The participating company may offer proposals for the mentioned lot and must quote all the items in that lot. Evaluation will be done by Lot basis and contract will also be awarded Lot basis. Partial offer for that lot will not be accepted.
6. The offers should have validity for at least 180 (one hundred eighty) days from the submission date of the tender.
Special Instruction: a. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject all tenders or annul the Tender proceedings without showing any reason.
b. The Bank shall not be under any obligation to accept the lowest quotation.
c. Since the tender is processing electronically, no hardcopy of tender except Tender Security would be entertained by the Procuring Entity. |
