INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1) Legal capacity for a minimum of 05(five) years for Vehicle Rental Service /Service Renderer. Supporting document must be provided;
2) The Service Provider shall have successfully completed at least one contract of similar nature with an amount of BDT 1,00,00,000.00 (Bangladesh Taka one crore) in any of the Govt. agency or multinational company in Bangladesh within last 03 (Three) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper;
3) Required to serve at least 03 (three) clients during last five (05) years, among 03 (three) clients, 01(one) must be from public sector organization/ Development partner.
4) The minimum required average annual turnover shall be: BDT 1,00,00,000.00 (Bangladesh Taka one crore) only over the last 3 (three) years.
5) The minimum amount of liquid assets and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Service Provider shall be: BDT 20,00,000.00 (Bangladesh Taka twenty lakh) only.
