Tenderer must have:
(a) Authorization letter/dealership from the manufacturer of Ukraine origin UMZ-6AM/520 model Belarus Tractor or it’s Spare parts. Without authentic and valid authorization letter/dealership, tender will not be accepted.
(b) Technical specification must be supported with original manufacturer’s Catalogue/ Brochure. Without manufacturer’s catalogue/ brochure, Technical Specification will not be accepted.
(c) Valid Trade License, upto date income tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate.
(d) Financial Solvency Certificate from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh indicating credit limit from the tenderer’s bank.
Tenderers without having the required eligibility as stated above need not apply.
