INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. The tenderer or in case of JVCA, all tenderer shall have minimum of 05(five) years of experience or more in the role of contractor ans shall have successfully completed at least 01(one) contract within last 07(Seven) years.
2. The tenderer or in case of JVCA,any partner shall have experience of satisfactory completion of Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of capacitor bank/ Static VAR Compensator or Overhead Line or Distribution transformer at 11kv or higher voltage level on Turnkey basis with a value of at least BDT 2,50,00,000.00 (Two crore fifty lakh only) under maximum 03(three) number of contracts within the last 07(Seven) years to be evidenced by certificate from the end user.
3. The required average annual turnover shall be minimum BDT six crore only (BDT 6,00,00,000.00) within the last three(03) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Taka 1,50,00,000.00 ( One Crore Fifty Lakh ) only.
