Qualifications requirements of the Bidders include: (i) general experience of the Bidder shall have minimum of 5 years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services; (ii) Bidder shall demonstrate that it has successfully completed the supply, installation, testing and integrated commissioning of active components such as Video wall, IT system (servers, core switches, storage, etc.), Teleconference system/Video conference system/Broadcasting system, IP Telephone system in similar establishment (command center/control center/operation center) in a single contract of at least USD 2500000.00 (Two Million Five Hundred Thousand US Dollar) or equivalent between January 01, 2010 and the date of bid submission; (iii) minimum liquid assets, real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means, (net of other contractual commitments) of at least USD 2750000.00 (Two Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand US Dollar) or equivalent. |
