INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. The Tenderer shall be any Bangladeshi Company.
2. The Tenderer shall be Manufacturer’s Authorized Representatives/ Local agent of Manufacturer / Distributor of Manufacturer.
3. Minimum 3(three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
4. Experience for :-
(a) The minimum specific experience as Supplier/ Manufacturer in supply of similar Goods of at least 1(one) Contracts successfully completed within the last 5years, each with a value of at least Tk.2.3Crore
(b)ECAC ETD (Explosive Trace Detection) updated listed with equipment designation & Configuration must meet field of use both passengers and cargo
(c) TSA qualified/ approved / certified ( excluding grandfathered list)/at least 3Nos end user certificates from North America/UK/ EU countries in the last 5(five) years for lot-03.
(d) Minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2.75 |
