INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. The Tenderer shall be any Bangladeshi Company.
2. The Tenderer shall be Manufacturer’s Authorized Representatives/ Local agent of Manufacturer / Distributor of Manufacturer.
3. Minimum 3(three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
4. Experience for :-
(a) The minimum specific experience as Supplier/ Manufacturer in supply of similar Goods of at least 1(one) Contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk.4.30 Crore
(b) ECAC LEDS (Liquid Explosive Detection Systems) updated listed with equipment designation & Configuration must meet ECAC Standard 2 and type of operations C or higher. and
(c) Meets DfT requirements and need to provide at least 3 Successfully completed end user certificates from North American /EU Countries.
(d) Minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 5(five) Crore only.
