| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. Tenderer must have at least 05 (Five) years general experience as a supplier of similar goods to renowned organization including government entity;
2. Experience of supplying goods & related services worth Tk. 1600.00 (Sixteen hundred) lakh under any govt. or semi-govt. organization during last five years in a single work order;
3. Updated Bank Solvency Certificate mentioning working capital/credit lines minimum liquid asset Tk. 1600.00 (Sixteen hundred) lakh;
4. If the bidder is not the manufacturer of the product for which he/she is submitting tender, then he/she must submit manufacturer authorization letter from the manufacturer to sell their products in Bangladesh;
5. Tender also must submit the following documents with the tender submission.
a) Trade License (2019-20)
b) Income Tax Clearance Certificate (2018-19) or latest
c) Latest Bank Solvency Certificate (Not issued before three months)
d) VAT Registration certificate;
e) Experience certificate of supply of similar type of goods;
f) Bangladesh Citizenship Certificate of the supplier;
g) Company Profile (if any);
h) National ID of authorized Person (if any);
i) e-TIN Certificate;
j) Original purchase receipt of the bidding Schedule;
k) ISO Certificate 9001:2015 or latest ;
6. The Tenderer will sign with their seal in each page of the tender and other enclosure |
