INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
i) The maximum 0 (zero) number of arbitration against the Bidder over a period 5(five) years.
ii) The minimum general experience of the tenderer in the supply of related goods and services as supplier shall be 07 (seven) years.
iii) The tenderer should have specific experience of biometrics and issuance of smart cards in last 07(seven) years.
iv) The tenderer should have implemented minimum 01(one) smart card driving license project with a minimum volume deployment of 0.4 million Cards in the last 5(five) years.
v) The tenderer must also have at least 1 (one) contract completed within the last 5 (five) years of minimum BDT 100 Million or equivalent USD. Completion certificate of contract must be provided for both of above.
vi) The average turnover of the company over the last 3 years must not be less than BDT 400 million or equivalent USD.
vii) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is BDT 150 million BDT or equivalent USD. This should be supported by bank statement or specific solvency certificate by respective banks.
