| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a)The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be last three years from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 3,00,00,000/- (Three Core) for Lot No.01 and at least Tk.2,00,00,000/-(Two Core) for Lot No. 02.
(c) The minimum 80 (Eighty) units Cabin Cruiser (Speedboat) & open type Speedboat supply or production capacity of Goods.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be (a). Lot No-01: Tk. 3,00,00,000/-(Three Core), (b) Lot No-02:Tk. 2,00,00,000/-(Two Core).
(e) 3 Years experience certificate (Govt. Or Semi Govt. Office)
(f) Up to date Trade Licence.
(g) Bank Solvency Certificate.
(h) 11 Digit Vat registration Certificate.
(i)TIN & Last Financial year payment Certificate.
(j) National ID Attested copy.
(k) BUET Stability Booklet for offered boat Cabin cruiser (Speedboat) 32© X 8© X 3© and Speedboat (Open type) 21© X 7© X 3©
(l) Ready Stock position of required OBM Engine as a proof LC Opening Copy/Shipping Document/Engine Number must need to submit with offer.
(m) Original Manufacture of Origin Certificate from respective chamber of commerce must need to submit with offer.
(n) Manufacturer’s valid ISO Certificate for Boat and Engine must need to submit with offer. |
