INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

i. The Tenderer shall have a minimum 05 (five) years experience on importer as an Agent for supply, installation,Testing & Commissioning of Furnace or other Machines. Manufacturer should have minimum 10 (ten) years experience on manufacturing of Furnace or other Machines.
ii. The Tenderer shall have minimum specific experience on importer for supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Furnace or other Machines at least 02 (two) Contract successfully completed with the minimum value of each contract in BDT 50.00 (fifty) Lac within the last 5 (five) years and manufacturer should have at least 5 (five) contract with any Agent/Client successfully completed with the minimum value of each contract in USD 2.00(two) lac within the last 10 (ten) years.
iii. The Tenderer shall have Original written confirmation of authorizing letter from Manufacturer on importer as an Agent for supply,testing & commissioning of Furnace, if failure to submit the authorization letter from Manufacturer, the documents will be rejected.
iv. The Tenderer shall have up to date Trade Licence, Bank Solvency Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and up to date Income Tax Certificate.
v. The Tenderer shall have supply record and satisfactory completion of certificate on importer as an Agent for supply,installation,testing and Commissioning of Furnace or other Machines for last 5 (five) years.
vi.The Tenderer shall have a minimum amount of liquid asset of working Capital or credit facilities to be 100 % of quoted price. |

Procurement of Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 4 Lane Electric Furnace (Complete Set) for heat treatment of Stainless Steel Razor Blade Strips with electrical heating elements of different temperature at 6 Zone and 4 Rows Muffle Tube System for Hardening and tempering with all necessary equipment & accessories. Heat treatment for Stainless Steel Razor Blade Strips by applying high temperature from 800°C to 1080°C (adjustable) and increasing the hardness & Tempering unit having temperature up to 400°C, chilled Block and End tempering unit of the Blade Strips by applying low temperature of deep freezer Cooling Capacity from 0°C to minus (-) 75°C (adjustable), including Ammonia Cracker Machine having Ammonia Gas flow rate 160 Liter/m3 and Temperature Capacity to be 780°C to 1000°C .Also including Temperature Control Panel with measuring instrument of Temperature, Voltage, Ampere, Frequency etc. fitted with electrical drive control system. Furnace Size: Length is minimum 60' (Sixty feet) after adding all necessary equipment & accessories such as winding and un-winding, pull through unit and width is 5.5' (Five point five feet). Size of main body of Furnace: Length is 25' (Twenty five feet) and width is 5.5' (Five point five feet) ,Inner side to be made by Ceramic wall and outer side to be made by Metallic wall, Temperature Resistance to be 1250°C to 1450°C, Production Capacity 65000 pieces Blade per hour, 3-Phase, 380V~440V, 50Hz,Power=50KW, High Pressure=4.5 Kg/cm2, Low Pressure=2.5 Kg/cm2, total Air= 90 CFM, NH3=160 ltr/m3 |
