| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

Sealed tenders are hereby invited from the eligible Contractors/Manufacturers/Suppliers for the following ETP project as per terms & conditions stated below-
Must be a Reputed ETP/STP/WTP Manufacturing firm who have minimum 10 (ten) years of general experience in relevant fields.
b. The tenderer should have an experience inEstablishment of a complete ETP/ WTP/STP of 50 Cumec capacity (min.) including of its Civil, Electro-Mechanical works upto Trial Run including the supply of its relevant chemicals/ goods and related services; here ETP works would be preferable. Work order / contract agreement and completion certificate must be submitted.
c. The tenderer should have experience for successful completed2 nos establishment of similar WTP/STP/ETP and related services (Turn-key basis of Designing, installing and maintenance of structured network etc. all complete) amounting minimum BDT 10 crores combining maximum two (2) contracts within last five (5) years. i.e., years counting backward from the date of opening of the tender.
d. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 5(five)crores from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh mentioning the said amount.
e. Debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
f. Shall have up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate up to the financial year 2018-19, VAT registration certificate.( BIN -13 digit )
g. Tenderers must have the valid ABC Contractory & Supervisory Electrical license. |
