INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

• Tenderers shall have updated trade license, tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate and TIN certificate.
• The Tenderers shall have a minimum 10 (ten) years of overall experience in the event management and related services.
• The Tenderers shall have successfully completed at least 02(Two) International event in multiple countries.
• The Tenderers shall have the experience of organizing event for foreign delegates in Bangladesh
• The Tenderers shall have the experience of at least 01(One) Govt. contract successfully completed within last 03 (three) years’ worth Taka 80,00,000 (Eighty Lac) for Package BHTPA-DDIE-01 and Taka 1,40,00,000 (One Crore Forty Lac) for Package BHTPA-DDIE-02.
• The Tenderers shall have the experience of managing events with value of at least Taka 1,00,00,000 (One Crore) for Package BHTPA-DDIE-01 and Taka 2,00,00,000 (Two Crore) for Package BHTPA-DDIE-02 in a single event.
• Tenderers shall have valid bank account and minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit lines of the tenderer shall be taka 1,00,00,000 (One Crore) for Package BHTPA-DDIE-01 and Taka 2,00,00,000 (Two Crore) for Package BHTPA-DDIE-02
