| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

• The tenderer shall have a minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in providing service to the Government/multinational companies/private entities;
• The tenderer shall have successfully completed at least 03 (three) event management/marketing promotion activity/similar programs within last 3 years of which value not less than 50 (fifty) lakhs each;
• The tenderer shall have updated trade license and tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate and TIN certificate;
• The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is BDT 70 (seventy) lakhs;
• Other eligibility and qualification criteria outlined in the tender documents.
