Section : 7 Technical specification 1.11 Special Consideration:
To provide long hours of operation and high availability, the design and selection of mechanism and components shall meet maximum reliability and minimum maintenance requirements.
The design shall take into consideration of uniformly distributed load not more than 1.5t/m2 and the environment and climatic conditions of Mongla in addition to ensure optimum performance of the operator and the electrical control systems. Particular attention shall be given to lay-out design and visibility of the cabin to ensure human comfort, ease to operation and fast response during crisis. 1.11 Special Consideration:
