| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a. The Tenderer shall be a reputed Manufacturer or Authorized Supplier of a Manufacturer. The manufacturer should have a proven record of minimum 20 (Twenty) years of Experience of Design, Drawing, Supply, Installation, Testing, Balancing and Commissioning of Analog TV Transmitter.
b. The manufacturer must have at least Minimum Overseas supply record of VHF 10KW Analogue TV Transmitter-20 sets in the last 5 year. Also 5 (five) user certificate for Analogue TV Transmitter.
c. The Tenderer shall submit the list of 20 (twenty) user of 10 KW analog TV transmitter in the last 5 (Five) years with name, address, fax number, phone number and email address to authenticate the user.
