| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

i) The maximum 02 (two) number of arbitration against the Tenderer over a period of the last 05 (five) years.
ii) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 (ten) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
iii) The Tenderer must have satisfactory completion record of supply of similar goods (GPS Network for crustal deformation) of minimum 02 (two) contracts within last 05 (five) of years .i.e. from the date of publication of IFT and with a cumulative value of US$ 2.0 Lac or equivalent.
iv) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is 1.Total annual turn-over of minimum 3 times of the tender value for last 3 years; and 2. Available liquid assets/credit facilities of minimum 1.5 times of the offered value. |
