Overall Experience of Tenderers :
• The Tenderer must have at least 15 (Fifteen) years of experience as EPC contractor in the relevant field. In case of JVC, One of the partners must have this experience.
• Experience will be counted backward from the date of publication of Invitation for Tender (IFT).
• The Tenderer must be internationally reputed, original manufacturers or their authorized suppliers having experience of satisfactory completion of Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Procuring, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Trial Run of the relevant Plants and Machineries as EPC Contractor.
Specific Experience of Tenderers :
Lot-1-Distillery Plant (30 KLPD):
The Tenderer Must have experience of establishing minimum 3 (Three) Distillery plants (minimum 30 KLPD) as EPC Contractor, out of which at least 1 (one) must be installed & commissioned and in running condition other than his/their own countries and the value of at least 1 (one) completed Distillery plant must be of minimum USD 15.00 million.
Lot-2: Bio-gas Plant:
The Tenderer must have experience of establishing minimum 3 (Three) Bio-gas Plant as EPC Contractor, out of which at least 1 (one) must be installed & commissioned and in running condition other than his/their own countries and the value of at least 1 (one) completed Bio-gas Plant must be of minimum USD 2.50 million.
Lot-3-Bio-Compost Plant:
The Tenderer Must have experience of establishing minimum 3 (Three) Bio-Compost Plant as EPC Contractor, out of which at least 1 (one) must be installed & commissioned and in running condition other than his/their own countries and the value of at least 1 (one) completed Bio-Compost Plant must be of minimum USD 1.00 million.
N.B. If EPC Contractor is a single entity, then he has to fulfil the above specific qualification criterion of each lot of package. In case of JVC, the specific criterion of each individual lot must be fulfilled by either of the individual member of JVC. JVC must fulfil all requirements of Specific Experience of the package. |
