INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Any Bangladeshi tenderer registered in the e-GP system having the following minimum qualification criteria:
a) The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services.
b) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum Tk. 1,00,00,000.00 (Tk. One Crore) under a single contract in the last 05 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system. Supply of similar goods means supply, installation, commissioning of Video Conference Endpoint, MCU, Call Management, Scheduling,Recording and Streaming Server equipment with passive and active components;
c) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of goods is/ are: Manufacturer's Production Capacity for Video Conference Endpoint,Video Conference MCU, Call Management and Scheduling Server,Recording and Streaming Server and TV shall be minimum 30 per year for each;
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 1,20,00,000.00 (Tk. One Crore Twenty lakh).
e) Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter is required for Video Conference Endpoint,Video Conference MCU, Call Management and Scheduling Server,Recording and Streaming Server and TV. |
