INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
i) Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract.
ii) Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes and social security contributions under the provisions of laws and regulations of the country of its origin.
iii) The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years. Also virgin pulp shall be imported or purchased of at least BDT 05 (five) crore for the last 03 (three) years per Lot.
iv) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 02 (two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 7,00,00,000.00 for each lot # (01to 18), Tk. 3,50,00,000.00 for lot # 19.
v) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: 7000 M.Tons for each lot (01to 18), 3,500 M.Tons for lot # 19 supply and/or production capacity per year. Also 200 (two hundred) M.Tons virgin pulp for each lot # ( 01to 18) and100 (one hundred) M.Tons virgin pulp for lot # 19 shall be shown as stock at the time of physical verification.
vi) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 8,00,00,000.00 for each lot # (01to18), Tk. 4,00,00,000.00 for lot # 19 of the total value of the proposed contract. Note: Any kind of liquid assets shall be certified by any schedule Bank of Bangladesh mentioned with the value.
