INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3(three) years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(2) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 2(Two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 3(three) years, with total a value of at least BDT 50.00 (Fifty) lac or at least 1 (One) contract successfully completed within the last 3(three) years, with a value of at least BDT 50.00 (Fifty) lac . years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(3) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: Not Applicable
(4) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. bank balance, or working capital or credit line(s), or Credit facility (ies) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 50.00 (Fifty) lacs.
Working capital substantiated by most recent Audit Reports or bank balance substantiated by bank statement or credit line(s) substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PGFA-7), without alteration as stated under ITT Sub Clause 14.1(a), or credit facilities substantiated by credit sanction letter and up-to-date bank statement; Bank statement, either for bank balance, or for Credit facilities, must be issued not earlier than 28(twenty days) from the issuance of IFT in the newspaper/website,
