INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

• The maximum 2 (two) number of arbitration against the Tenderer over a period of the last five (5) years.
• The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 7 (seven) years of overall experience in the role of contractor, subcontractor, or management contractor. In case of Joint Venture, it is 7 (seven) years for Lead Partner and 5 (five) years for other Partners.
• The minimum specific experience of the lead partner as a Prime Contractor in supply and installation of Electronic Fiscal Device Management System of at least two (2) contracts of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of five (5) years with a value of at least 05 (five) million US dollars in two different countries, evidenced by work order confirming area of activity (scope, amount), completion certificate, client reference letter etc.
In case of Joint Venture above condition is applicable only for the Lead Partner.
• The required average annual turnover of the lead partner of tenderer shall be at least of the amount of 50 (fifty) million US dollars (or equivalent Bangladeshi Taka) over the last 5 (five) years.
• In case of Joint Venture above condition may be fulfilled jointly by the Partners subject to the condition that the Lead partner shall contribute minimum 75% of the United States Dollar (USD) 50 million (or equivalent Bangladeshi Taka).
• The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the lead partner of the Tenderer shall be 15 (fifteen) million US dollars or equivalent Bangladeshi Taka.
In case of Joint Venture above condition may be fulfilled jointly by the Partners subject to the condition that the Lead partner shall contribute minimum 75% of the USD 15 million (or equivalent Bangladeshi Taka).
