INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) The Tenderers shall have minimum of 5 years of general experience in the construction or supply works as prime contractor/supplier.
b) The tenderer should have experience of design, supply, installation & commissioning of Fire Protection System consisting of Hydrant type fire protection system comprising of fire pumps, pipe network, Hydrant valves, foam injection facilities and all other accessories in Fertilizer Plants/ Chemical plants/Power plants/Oil refineries/Gas field/Petroleum terminals or other industrial Installations and such system should have been designed to the recommendations of OISD (Oil Industry Safety Directorate, India) and/or NFPA and to be in successful operation for a period of minimum one year after completion of work. This work should have been done in a single work order of minimum value of taka 1.00(One) crore during last 7 years.
c) VAT-Registration Certificate, Up to date Trade License & TIN Certificate to be submitted with the tender.
d) The required average annual turnover shall be minimum TK 300 Lac over the last 3 financial years.
e) The minimum amount of Liquid asset or working capital or sanctioned credit facilities of tenderer shall be TK 200 Lac.
f) The Original money receipt of purchasing tender document must be included with original tender document and others terms & conditions as per tender schedule
