General Experience:
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five)years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services, including the following requirement:
a) The minimum general experience of the Tenderer/ Manufacturer shall have experience at least two (02) contracts in supply of Smart/ Smart Pre-Payment electric metering system and related service in Electricity utility services within last 5 (Five) calendar years.
b) The tenderer/ manufacturer shall have local establishment or local representative having proper establishment in Bangladesh for providing instant services as and when required.
Specific Experience:
a) The tenderer/manufacturer shall have updated ISO certification.
b) The satisfactory completion of supply of minimum 90,000 nos of Single phase and 10,000 nos of Three Phase Smart/Pre-payment meters under maximum three (3) contracts in the last five (5) years. And The Tenderer shall have satisfactory completion record of supply of similar nature of goods for value not less than BDT 672,000,000/- (Six Hundred Seventy Two Million Taka) only or USD 8,000,000.00 (US Dollar Eight Million) in maximum three (3) contracts within last 05 (five) years.
c) The tenderer/manufacturer shall have Satisfactory Performance Certificate from the End User (must be a Utility of electricity) with at least 2(Two) contracts of "Supply of Smart/Pre-Payment Metering System” of at least 1(one) from outside the manufacturers own country of the Smart Pre-Paid/ Pre-Paid Meter during last 5 (five) years. All end user certificates shall be in English in their letter head pad of the end users where detailed e-mail address, Telephone no., Fax no. will be furnished.
d) Other qualification is also required as stated under specific experience requirement in Tender Data Sheet.
