INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(I) The Bidders must have minimum 05 (Five) years experience in the export of petroleum products. Experience certificate mentioning year & the country of supply must be submitted along with bid documents.
(II) The Bidders must own crude oil based Refinery(s) and its processing capacity must be at least 5.00 million metric tons per year.
(III) Annual turnover of the Bidders during last 3(three) years must be minimum US$ 3.00 billion.
(IV) The satisfactory completion of export of Petroleum Products of minimum 2.00 million Metric Tons per year in last 3 (three) years. Bidder must submit year-wise export quantity & name of destination/organization.
(V) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital facility must be US$ 2.00 billion.
(VI) In addition to this the Bidders must be free from any interdictory from international organization like UNO, OPEC, WTO etc.

(i) Group-A: 4.028-4.476 million Barrels (540000-600000 Metric tons) of Gasoil 0.05%S and 0.480 million Barrels (60000 Metric Tons) of Jet A-1 (+/-10% for each grade at Buyer’s Option).
(ii) Group-B: 3.879-4.326 million Barrels (520000-580000 Metric tons) of Gasoil 0.05%S and 0.400 million Barrels (50000 Metric Tons) of Jet A-1 (+/-10% for each grade at Buyer’s Option).
(iii) Group-C: 80000-120000 Metric Tons of High Sulphur Furnace Oil (HSFO) 180CST (+/-10% at Buyer’s Option).
(iv) Group-D: 0.129 million Barrels (15000 Metric tons) of Mogas 95RON (+/-10% at Buyer’s Option).
