| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Infrastructure Development works under public sector of at least Two (02) Contracts of which one (01) contract with a minimum value of BDT 1500.00 (Fifteen Hundred) crore and another one (01) of 4-Lane Bridge/Flyover in City area of Bangladesh with a minimum Value of BDT 600.00 (Six Hundred) crore having length of minimum 3.00 Km consisting superstructure of PC Girder successfully completed / Substantially completed within last 5 (five) years.
(b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 800.00 (Eight hundred) crore over the last 05(five) years.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be BDT 200 (Two hundred) crore.
(d) Others Eligibility criteria as described in TDS (Tender Data Sheet) of tender document must be fulfilled.
