INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firm who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in the construction of building works.
(b) Having experience in successful completion of a 11 (Eleven) Storied Building work with ancillary components amounting Tk. 7000.00 (Seven Thousand ) Lac during last 10 (Ten) years in a single contract under any Govt. Dept. /Semi Govt. Dept. /Autonomous Organization only. The completion certificate for successful completion shall have to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/Organization.
(c) In case of JVCA eligibility and other conditions are shown in Tender Data Sheet of tender document.
(d) The required minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover Tk. 4500.00 (Four Thousand Five Hundred) Lac over last 05 (Five) years OR best [03(Three)] years in the last [05(Five)] years.
(e)
(f) The minimum amount of Liquid Asset or Credit Facilities of tenderer shall be Tk. 1000.00 (One Thousand) Lac.
Tenderer having record of poor performance such as inordinate delay,abandoning the contract,poor work quality and financial failure last 05 (Five) years may be liable for disqualification during evaluation process.
