| Reference Description | : | To The Chief Executive Officer Datasoft Systems Bangladesh Limited Rupayan Shelford, Shyamoli, Dhaka-1207. [Attention: Mr. Mohammed Riyad, Senior Vice President (Marketing), Datasoft Systems Bangladesh Limited] Ref: RFP - 35.02.0000.008.35.043.23-388, Date: 08.10.2023 (Package: S3-CH(a)) . This is to notify you that, your submitted Proposal No. DS00146 dated 05.11.2023 for the performance of Intellectual and Consultancy Services titled “Design, Development, Testing, Implementation and Maintenance of an Android Based ‘Item-1: AFC Bus Validator System and Item-2: TOM System for Handy POS device along with necessary system integration with Clearing House of DTCA (Package: S3-CH(a)” for the Contract price of Taka 5,19,75,000/- (in words: Taka Five Crore Nineteen Lac Seventy-Five Thousand only; including Income Tax and VAT), as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Consultants (ITC), has been approved by “Road Transport and Highways Division (RTHD)” and accepted by the Procuring Entity (PE). You are thus requested to take following actions: i. accept in writing this Notification of Award (NoA) within 3 (Three) working days of its issuance. ii. furnish a Performance Security in the form of irrevocable and unconditional Bank-Guarantee effective till 3 (Three) Years 6 (Six) Months 28 (Twenty-Eight) Days from the effective date of Contract Agreement as issued by a Scheduled Bank of Bangladesh and in the amount of Tk BDT. 25,98,750/- in figure (in words: Taka Twenty-Five Lac Ninety-Eight Thousand Seven-Hundred and Fifty Only), within 7 (Seven) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award (NoA) but not later than 27.05.2024 (Monday). iii. sign the Contract within 13 (Thirteen) days of issuance of this Notification of Award (NoA) but not later than 02.06.2024 (Sunday). iv. sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before signing the Contract Agreement. You may proceed with the execution of the said Contract for the provision of Services in accordance with the Contract documents only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award (NoA) shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you. We attach the draft Contract Agreement and all other relevant documents for your perusal, signature and further necessary actions from your end. Attachments: (1) Draft of Contract Agreement as negotiated by both parties- 1 (One) Copy. (2) Draft of Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with your firm -1 (One) Copy. (Signed/-) Md.
