| Reference Description | : | This is to notify that, your submitted proposal for consultancy service for “Feasibility Study and Detailed Design for Introduction of Electric Traction (Including Overhead Catenary & Sub-Station) in Between Narayanganj–Dhaka–Chattogram and Tongi-Joydevpur Section of Bangladesh Railway” for the contract price (including VAT & Tax) of USD 524,050 (Five hundred twenty four thousand and fifty) and Bangladeshi Taka 80,362,337.50 (Eighty million three hundred sixty two thousand three hundred and thirty seven point five zero), as negotiated on 06 February, 2023, has been approved by competent authority. You are thus requested to take following actions: i) Accept and acknowledge in writing the invitation for signing the contract within 07 (Seven) working days of its issuance. ii) Sign the contract within quickest possible time of issuance of this invitation. iii) Sign the contract as per negotiated terms and conditions of initialed draft contract. You are requested to proceed with the consultancy services complying the above tasks. |
