| Reference Description | : | This is to notify you that your-Tender dated 04.07.2022 for the supply of L9t-2: 33 KV, 1x500mm2 XLPE Copper Cable - 05 Km for Tender Enquiry No. 27.11.0000.304.22.226.22, Dated: 19-05-2022 for the Contract Price of US$ 427,075.00 (US Dallal' Four Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand and Seventy Five) (up to BPDB . Central Store at Tongi, Gazipur, Bangladesh) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Bangladesh Power Development Board, Dhaka. You are thus requested to take following actions: i. accept in writing the Notification of Award within 07 (Seven) working days of its issuance pursuant to lIT Sub-Clause 62.3 Ii. furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of USD 42,708.00 (US Dollar Forty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Eight) within 28 (Twenty-eight) daysfrom issue of this Notification of Award but not later than 23.10.2022 in accordance with lIT Sub-Clause 64.2 iii. sign the Contract within 28 (Twenty Eight) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but 110t later than 23.10.2022 ill accordance with ITT Clause 67.2 , You may proceed with the execution of the supply of 33 KY, 1x500mm2 XLPE Copper Cable - 05 Km only : upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall. constitute the formation of this Contract, which shall become binding upon you. We attach the draft Contract and all other Documents for your perusal and signature. |
