INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(A)General Experience:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor shall be Seven (7) years.
[Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
(B) Specific Experience:
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service of at least ONE contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of Five (5) years each with a value of at least of Tk 1,25,00,000/- (One Crore Twenty Five Lacs) Only shall be required.
Contract for providing Service will be treated as similar nature.

(C) Average Annual Turnover
The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk. 1,00,00,000/- (One Crore) Only over the last three years.
(D) Minimum Amount of Liquid Assets
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s)of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1,00,00,000/- (One Crore) Only.
E) Latest auditor’s report on financial statements (In case of a consortium, each party’s auditor’s report needs to be submitted).
F) Bank solvency certificate.
G) Up to date VAT, Trade License & Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate or similar documents.
