INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (ten) years; years counting backword from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(b) Specific experience as a Prime Contractor or subcontractor or management contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of multi storied RCC building construction work including finishing items with a minimum value of Tk 11.00 (Eleven) Crore in a single contract which must include gas connection work amounting above BDT 25.00 (Twenty Five) lakh in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years; years counting backword from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk 45.00 (Forty Five) Crore during last 5 (five) years. Total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed contracts under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
(d) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW3-7 in original form) of Tk 10.00 (Ten) Crore. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 10.00 (Ten) Crore. Supporting information must be fill up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments). |
