INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a. The intending tenderers must enclose VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate, up-to-date Trade License, Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
b. Reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience.
c. Reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have specific experience of work in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number Construction of 05 (Five) storied RCC building with Acoustic work and interior works etc. in a single contract/tender with a value of at least TK. 400.00 (Four Hundred) Lac of which the amount of interior works should be 120.00 (One hundred twenty) Lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 5 (Five) years.
d. The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of (PW3-7) in original form) of Tk. 120.00 (One Hundred Twenty) Lac. Other formats/documents are not acceptable.
e. The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk. 5.00 (Five) Crore. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
f. The tender capacity is Tk. 4.00(Four) Crore. Supporting information must be fill up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments)
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled. |
