INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the followings:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be five years.
(b) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of at least 01 contract of 16/20 MVA, 33/11 KV substation, 33 KV Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS), 11 KV Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) or higher rating equipments in a single work order in Bangladesh amounting not less than Tk. 5000 lac within the last 5 (Five) years in Govt/Semi-Govt/ Autonomous bodies. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent officer of concern department/Organization.
(c) In case of JVC/JVCA eligibility and other condition are shown in Tender Data sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
(d) The required minimum average annual construction turnover is TK. 7000.00 Lac during best three years over the last five years which will be based on work completion certificates. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender.
(e) The required minimum liquid asset/credit facilities is Tk. 3500.00 lac.
(f) Black listed/ debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
(g) Up-to-date valid trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, valid A,B,C category Electrical contractors and supervisory license from electrical license board.
(h) Manufacturer Authorization letter for transformer, 33 KV Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS), 11 KV Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS).
(i) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
(j) All other criteria will be taken according to the procurement Act-2006 and its amendment. |
