INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

Brief Eligibility and Qualification Criteria are mentioned below:
a. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime
Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor shall be 10 (ten) years.
b. The specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor in Construction works of at least 1 (One) contract of minimum
8 (Eight) storied building with 01 (One) Basement successfully completed within the last five years valuing minimum 75.00
(Seventy Five) core constructed through any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous organization in Bangladesh.
c. The required average annual construction turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of BDT 75.00 (Seventy Five)
core over the last five years.Year-wise Payment Certificates issued by concerned PEs shall be considered in determining Annual
Construction Turnover
d. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 20.0 (Twenty) core. credit
line(s) shall be substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PW3-7), without alteration.
Any certificate/document to be submitted in support of financial qualification must be issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days
prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract.
e. The minimum tender capacity shall be 85.00 (Eighty Five) Core.
f. The tenderer must possess ABC Category and Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board.
