INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Government approved contractors/construction firms shall be 5 years.
2. The minimum specific experience in successfully completion of at least 1(one) works worth not less than Tk. 70.00 (seventy) Lakh including in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years in standard work completion format attached in STD.
3. The required avg. annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 130.00 Lakh in the last 5 years. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets/working capital/credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 55.00 Lakh. Must submit letter of commitment for bank’s undertaking line of credit in form PW2a-3.
5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk 80.00 Lakh.
6. The tenderers must enclose up to date- Trade License, IT Clearance & BIN Certificate & ABC and Electrical Supervisory License from Office of the Chief Electric Inspector.
7. Manufacturer’s Authorization letter must be submitted along with the Tender in form of e-PG3-5.
8. The contractor must have to bear all the factory visit related expenses of at least 03 (three) nos Govt. Officers.
Improper filling may be considered as the reason of being non-responsible.
All other conditions stated in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender must be fulfilled. |
