INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

All Qualified and Experienced Tenderer can participate in Tender Process as specified in the Tender Document
A. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction/interior decoration works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) Years.
[Note: 1. Years will be counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
2. Tenderer shall attach relevant certificate issued by concern PE].
B) The minimum Specific Experience a s a Prime contractor in construction works under public sector shall be at least 01 (one) contract of Electrical and Digitization Works successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) Years with a value of at least TK. 300,00,000/- (Three Crore) only.

2. Tenderer shall attach relevant certificate issued by concern PE]
C) The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than TK 3,00,00,000/- (Three Crore) during any 3 years of the last 5 years.
[note: 1. Years will be counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. Turnover will be calculated by Payment received certificate for construction works issued by relevant PE.]
D) The minimum amount of liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit line (s) or bank balance with statement of the Tenderers shall be TK 200,00,000/- (Two Crore) taka only.
