INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

1. Tenderer shall have the following minimum level of construction experience to qualify for the performance of the Works under the Contract:
(a) a minimum number of years of general experience in the construction of
works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor
as specified in the TDS; and
(b) specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or
Management Contractor in construction works of a nature, complexity and
methods/construction technology similar to the proposed Works in at least a
number of contract(s) and of a minimum value over the period, as
specified in the TDS.
1. The Minimum Number of Years of General Experience of The Tenderer in The Bldg. Construction as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor Or Management Contractor Shall Be 10 (Ten) Years For All Lot, Years Counting Backward
From The Date Of Publication Of Ift In The Newspaper.
2. The Minimum Specific Experience As A Prime Contractor Or Subcontractor In “Bldg. Construction,” Of One Contract That Are Similar To The Proposed Works In Nature, Complexity And Methods/Construction Technology, Successfully And Substantially Completed In Any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization Within The Last 5(Five) Years With A Value Of At Least Tk. 71 (Tk. Seventy One Crore) For Each Package, Years Counting Backward From The Date Of Publication Of IFT In The Newspaper.
For Similar Nature, Complexity and Methods/Construction Technology the Contract Shall Be Success Full Completion/Substation of A Building Which Is 6 Storied as Cast/ Fair Faced Frame Structure Bldg. I/C Ceramic Bricks. With One Basement Including Internal Sanitary & Water Supply Works, Electrical Works, Supply & Installation of Passenger Lift, Solar Panel, Firefighting System,
Telecommunication Works Etc.
If The Work as Sought Above Is Intended to Be Completed Under JVCA, The Intending Tenderer Must Be the Lead Contractor /Firm of JVCA (Joint Venture Consortium or Association). The Lead Partner Must Have Successful Work Experience, of Similar Nature of Works as Mentioned Above Within the Last 5 Years. The Partners of The JVCA Also Must Have the Experience of Successful Completion of Above Similar Nature of Works Within the Last 5 Years, Years Counting Backward from
The Date of Publication of Ift In The Newspaper. The Required Average Annual
Construction Turnover Shall Be Greater Than 80 Crore (Eighty Crore)
Over the Last Five Years or Best Three Years of The Last Five Years.
The Minimum Tender Capacity Shall Be 76 (Seventy-Six) Crore |
