INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub - Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 ( Ten) years.
2. (i) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar work of Tk 13.50 ( Thirteen point Five Zero) Crore in a single contract in Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
3. The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 19.00 ( Nineteen point Zero Zero) Crore.Payment Certificate(s) submitted by tenderer/bidder must be issued by NBR/Tax Department.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3.50 (Three point Five Zero) Crore.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen point Zero Zero) Crore.
6. The tender must possess:
(i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
(ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
(iii) Up-to-date trade license
(iv) Up-to-date Electrical Supervisory License & ABC Contractor License
(v) Attested copies of documents mentioned in Sl. No. (i), (ii), (iii),(iv) are to be submitted.
7. The Tenderer must submit Certification of having steel shutter, props etc.
8. Only submitted payment certificates will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover.
9. The Tenderers must submit work completion certificates & contract agreement of all completed and on-going works. |
