INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be five (05) years from any Government, Semi Govt. and Autonomous organizations..
b) A satisfactory completion of Civil Works of at least Tk 6.00 (Six) Crore under one (01) no. of contract over a period of five (05) years shall be required from any Government, Semi Govt. and Autonomous organizations.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 20.00 (Twenty) Crore over the best three (03) years in the last five (5) years from any Government, Semi Govt. and Autonomous organizations.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3.00 (Three) Crore.
e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk 6.50 (Six point Five Zero) Crore. |
