INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a)The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 5(Five) years.
(b)Having Specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Construction of Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) of maximum 02 (two) contracts successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least 3.00(Three) crore in a single contract of capacity not less than 250m3/day in any Government / Semi Government / Autonomous / Private Organization of Bangladesh. In case of private sector experience the supplier must submit the vetted certificate by concerned PWD Executive Engineer whose jurisdiction covers the area of work organization of Bangladesh.
(c)At least 01 (One) no of sewerage treatment plant capacity not less than 250m3/day is running in the last 03 (Three) years.
(d)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 11.00 (Eleven) crore.
(e)The minimum amount of credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 3.00 (Three) crore in the form PW3A-7 (Failing to submit in PW3A-7will make the tenderer non-responsive).
(f)The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 6.00 (Six) crore.
(g)Special Terms & Conditions for this project must be followed by the tenderer as described in the respective section of the Tender documents.
(h) Minimum 60 out of 100 Score to be obtained to be technically qualified as stated Tender Data Sheet (Section-D). |
